I have a problem,and opened a ticket,but time goes by,no any reply.... I think they WHMCS has some bugs should to fix.

And looks it has Overdue on Payment,but in November,i ordered,and in Jan,2014 (about 5 days ago),you give me VPS.(Ticket ID:#878433)...And no any invoice...
