2 Vpses to 1?

just after some advice. I currently have 2 VPSES with 2 different hosts.

Both have their own cPanel licences which are approx £100 per server per year and I have 10 IPs between them, I host around 60 sites and growing and would like to only have one VPS.

I understand it must be a higher spec VPS what are my best options?
