Hello All!
It is not often that I open a discussion, but in this case I wanted to see if it was only my self seeing issues, or if the issue is more wide spread.
I have been with Evorack for a long time (since 8-3-2011) and their service has generally been stellar, however, recently I have personally been noticing network outages both on ipv4 and ipv6. The biggest symptom I have is that I have a screen going on the server which I leave connected to several servers, yet 70% of the time when I login to my server and all of my connections have been closed. On more than one occasion I have seen periods of hours where ipv6 connectivity just would not work, this past weekend is a good example.
Now I admit, I do not have any type of monitoring setup for this server, so truly I can not prove specific times that this is occurring. It is pretty obvious based on all of my connections from the server resetting as well as ipv6 just failing to work for me at times (can't even ping the router from the server). If some of your have some monitoring results from their network to contribute, it would be greatly appreciated.
Now, you may ask, why haven't you opened a ticket to Evorack?
Well I have, but the response I get from them generally tends to be to the effect of, "We have not seen any issues at all, it must be a problem on your side" (which is slightly silly as I am seeing all of the connections on the server completely reset, so that is not a local issue). They ask me to open a ticket when the issue occurs, however, in my experience because it is an un-managed service, usually by the time they reply the issue has been 'resolved' or has resolved it's self and they claim there was no problem to begin with. I just want to see if others are indeed seeing issues so this can be better brought to their attention.
This is not a bash thread. Overall, as I stated above, I have been very happy with their services. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced the network issues I have seen in their UK location or if the issue I am seeing may be something different? Any input you have would be appreciated (just please keep it on topic).

I have had issues with Evorack UK network recently, have you seen any issues if you are a customer of theirs?
