* Terms & Conditions of Offer

1. The promoter of this offer is iomart Group plc trading as Redstation Limited and hereinafter referred to as "Redstation"
2. Offer applies to purchase of a new Windows dedicated server purchased between 00.01 am on Monday 5th May 2014 and Midnight on Friday 11th July 2014 only. This excludes Windows servers where the license key is provided by the customer.
3. The Surface 2 will be delivered to the named contact and address after six successive months have been paid.
4. The offer is for the Windows Surface 2 32 GB Model. No alternative make or model will be offered.
5. This offer does not apply to renewals.
6. There is no cash alternative or product alternative.
7. The Surface 2 will be delivered to the named contact and address within 28 days of purchase subject to successful payment for the goods purchased.
8. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the offer without prior notification.
9. Redstation does not provide warranty of goods except under the minimum extent under UK law.
10. In case of cancellation or suspension for any reason the customer shall not be eligible for compensation for the free gift.
11. Redstation reserves the right to refuse to process any order at our discretion.
12. One free gift per server, maximum of two gifts per account.
13. The customer shall be eligible to claim on any active server once 6 months of payments have been collected.
14. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
15. Offer may be withdrawn without notice.
16. All gifts will be sent within 28 days of the submission and acceptance of the claim form
